1. Services & Agreements

Monani Digital Solution provides custom software development, mobile application engineering, ERP/POS systems, and digital web platforms under formal client service contracts.

2. Intellectual Property

All client-commissioned custom software codebases and designs become the intellectual property of the respective client upon complete contract fulfillment and final payment.

3. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
